Important Upgrades

Our policy is only to support the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat. These tools are free, support the latest programming models, and are the fastest and most secure.

FAQ

How do you install a new Cyan 7 programming component ?

Find the previous file of this name, ????.dll and copy it to a safe location. In the event there is a problem, this will allow to restore the old file and your system. DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS !

Once this has been done, save the new ????.dll file under C:\WINNT\System32\????.dll. Once it has been saved, navigate to this file using File Explorer, right click on it, and click on Properties. Ensure it is saved as an Archive and that the Read-only button is UNCHECKED. Next click on the Security tab and ensure that the DOMAIN\Administrator has Full Control of this component. Once you have completed this step, click Start, Run and type :
regsvr32 C:\WINNT\System32\????.dll and click OK.

If the registration succeeded, you will be notified. In this case, you are ready to proceed. If it did not succeed, please restore the old file by copying it back into C:\WINNT\System32\????.dll and contact us.
